Disability Management

Welcome to the Disability Management Committee webpage.

"The OASBO Disability Management Committee consists of a group of professionals who provide case management to employees who are impacted by an illness or injury."

The committee meets 5 - 6 times per year to:

• share best practices
• network
• enhance individual and professional development
• provide feedback and make recommendations to OASBO related to changes in legislation and policies affecting school boards
• facilitate professional development opportunities to the OASBO community
• identify emerging trends related to disability management
• collaborate with other OASBO committees on issues of common interest
